Services Include
ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
We provide care at the ASAM Level 2.5 standard, a structured, higher-intensity level of treatment for clients who continue living at home while getting the support they need. It's built for people who need more than standard outpatient sessions can offer, but who don't require round-the-clock residential care — giving clients real clinical structure without stepping away from work, family, or daily life.
Substance Use Assessments
Every client begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment to understand their history, diagnosis, and needs. This evaluation shapes an individualized treatment plan from day one, ensuring care is matched to the person — not a one-size-fits-all program.
Group Therapy
Clients participate in structured group sessions led by licensed clinicians, where they build coping skills, process experiences alongside peers who understand what they're going through, and develop the tools needed for long-term sobriety in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Individual Counseling
One-on-one sessions with a dedicated counselor give clients the space to work through personal challenges, triggers, and goals at their own pace, with a treatment plan that evolves as they progress through recovery.
Relapse Prevention
Our clinicians teach practical strategies for identifying triggers, managing cravings, and building a sustainable relapse-prevention plan — equipping clients with real tools to protect their recovery long after they complete the program.
Discharge Planning & Family Education
Recovery doesn't end when the program does — and it doesn't happen in isolation. Before a client completes treatment, our team builds a personalized discharge plan outlining next steps, ongoing support, and community resources, so the transition out of the program is stable rather than abrupt. Because substance use disorder affects the whole family, we also provide education and support for family members — helping them understand the disorder, set healthy boundaries, and support their loved one's recovery in a constructive, lasting way.
